    Job Description
    General Description: The Finance and Compliance Manager leads the efforts to support all functions to document and improve standard operating procedures (policies, procedures, guidelines) and training for compliance and monitoring of Visit Corpus Christi. This position is responsible for documenting finance processes (financial planning and analysis, accounting, accounts payable, etc.) to ensure controls are established to oversight operations and to minimize risk. This position partners with the City of Corpus Christi Business Liaison to ensure that Visit Corpus Christi is in compliance with the Management Services Agreement. This position provides training to all staff on policies and Management Services Agreement as needed.
    Compensation & Benefits:
     Salary Range $60,000 to $65,000 + Benefits
     Commensurate with Experience and Qualifications.
    Qualifications:
     At least 3 years’ experience in finance operations or related experience
     Bachelor’s Degree
     Work Hours:
     Typically 8 AM – 5 PM, M – F
