    Job Description
    General Description: This position will work in the Sales department to produce overnight hotel room bookings stemming from Sports, Military, Education, Religious and Fraternal groups to achieve the goals set forth by Visit Corpus Christi. The position will report to the Senior Director of Sales & Marketing.
    Compensation & Benefits:
     Salary Range $50,000 to $60,000 + Benefits+ Incentives
     Commensurate with Experience and Qualifications.
    Qualifications:
     At least 3 years’ experience in sales
     Availability to travel for business
    Work Hours:
     Typically 8 AM – 5 PM, M– F

    Job Description (Daily Responsibilities):
    1) Meet annual goal of 25,000 hotel room nights and maintain existing accounts
    2) Respond to requests for proposals and contracts
    3) Schedule site visits, FAM tours and participate in bid presentations
    4) Provides monthly booking and prospecting reports
    5) Maintains partner and community relations
