    Job Description

    • Provide exceptional guest service in order to create a quality guest experience

    • Control access to theatre by greeting and directing guests and assist with crowd control and seating of guests in the auditorium.

    • Continuously monitor auditorium for picture/sound quality, temperature, lighting, effects and guest behavior.

    • Ensure theatre adjustments and repairs are completed in a timely manner.

    • Operate the basic software that runs the theatre.

    • Execute the daily shows in timely manner.

    • Maintain cleanliness of work / public areas; maintain facilities and equipment that are clean, safe and in good repair.

    One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
