    The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the direction and operations of the Food and Beverage department. This position will develop, write, and implement food handling procedures and policies for Shoreline Grill, Café Aqua, and satellite operations. They will also manage food and beverage operations while planning, directing, monitoring, and evaluating the work of food service staff.

    Job Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required; or one to two years related experience and/or training. An equivalent combination of education or experience may also meet the required qualifications.
