Serve guests by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

Assist with purchase or lease of office copiers, telephone system, fax, and postage equipment; manage use and distribution of associated copy codes, long distance codes and postage codes.

Oversee boardroom operations including calendar management and reservation for Executive and HR staff as well as supply maintenance.

Oversee break room and general supplies.

Manage voice mail system; oversee addition/deletion of voice mailboxes and associated codes and maintain phone listings.

Manage supplies to include pricing and ordering of general office supplies and stationery; order and distribute supplies as required, maintain appropriate inventories of general supplies such as paper, ink, copier supplies.

Manage homepage of TSA intranet.

Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, take accurate messages and distribute as necessary.

Respond to public inquiries regarding TSA daily operations.

Prepare outgoing mail; open and distribute incoming mail; prepare daily log of money received.

Seek donations for employee morale events.
Requirements: A one year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months of related experience and/or training is required for consideration. An equivalent combination of education or experience may also meet the required qualifications.
