Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service in order to create a quality guest experience.

• Monitor exhibits and instruct guests in proper handling techniques of animals while using storytelling to connect guests with animals and exhibits.

• Interpret the mission of the aquarium.

• Monitor Splash Park, facilitate Guest Exit Survey and validate entry into facility 
  
  Less than High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required for consideration; or up to one month related experience or training.  An equivalent combination of education or experience would also meet the required qualifications.
