Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service in order to create a quality guest experience.

Monitor exhibits and instruct guests in proper handling techniques of animals while using storytelling to connect guests with animals and exhibits.

Interpret the mission of the aquarium.

Monitor Splash Park, facilitate Guest Exit Survey and validate entry into facility
Less than High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required for consideration; or up to one month related experience or training. An equivalent combination of education or experience would also meet the required qualifications.
