Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional guest service in order to create a quality guest experience.

Follow established procedures to sell tickets and memberships, and complete associated paperwork.

Operate cash register, make correct change and maintain accountability for funds.

Assist in the efficiency of the admissions process by acting as a line host; direct guests to available registers, provide visit information, and answer questions.

Monitor Splash Park area to enforce policies and follow established procedures.

Assist in the collection of Guest Satisfaction surveys.
Less than High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required for consideration; or up to one month related experience or training. An equivalent combination of education or experience would also meet the required qualifications.
