Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain and repair pumps, compressors and valves.

• Perform preventive maintenance as assigned.

• Maintain documentation of HVAC repair and maintenance.

• Operate test equipment to identify and repair refrigerant leaks.

• Operate, maintain and repair restaurant heating and cooling equipment and systems.

• Operate, maintain and repair emergency generators and associated fuel systems.
  
  
  A one year certificate from college or technical school is required or three to six months of related experience and/or training. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also meet the requirements.
  
  This position could work a day or evening shift depending on the needs of the position. Applicant must be able to commit to working a non-traditional work schedule to meeting the needs of the position and organization / facility.
