Mr. Barrera’s practice concentrates primarily on insurance defense, personal injury litigation, and commercial litigation with an emphasis on lender liability defense litigation.

Mr. Dennis' practice is focused primarily on admiralty and maritime law, insurance defense, and business, consumer and commercial law and litigation both in the State of Texas and United States District Court Forums. He has represented clients in construction defect, trucking, product liability, premises liability and personal injury-related cases. Mr. Dennis accepts clients presenting claims franchisor contracts and negotiation, and matters related to homeowners associations. Aside from his trial practice, Mr. Dennis often represents clients in mediation, alternative dispute resolution and negotiated settlement proceedings before trial.

Mr. Dennis has been AV-rated by Martindale Hubble. He is active in his community and is a member of First United Methodist Church in Corpus Christi.
 

Mr. Lowrance defends personal injury claims involving both maritime and land-bases accidents in state and federal courts. He has also litigated and tried to verdict a number of cases involving business disputes, environmental and toxic torts, construction torts, trucking accidents and oil field casualties on land and offshore. Furthermore, Mr. Lowrance has considerable experience with commercial arbitration, and has won arbitration awards for his clients in the millions of dollars. Mr. Lowrance is a partner of the Corpus Christi Office of Royston Rayzor. He has earned the utmost respect and admiration of his peers. He is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell and has been named a Texas SuperLawyer since 2012. He has also been honored to be named a Proctor Member of the Maritime Law Association of the United States. 

Brian Miller is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law (Texas Board of Legal Specialization), and he has been selected for inclusion in the Super Lawyers list for Texas in each year since 2014.Mr. Miller has experience in a variety of civil-litigation matters, including commercial and employment disputes, industrial and oilfield accidents, civil rights, administrative law, and maritime law. Mr. Miller serves on the State Bar of Texas board of directors and on the executive committee of the University of Texas Law School Alumni Association. He also serves on the Amicus Curiae Briefs Committee of the American Bar Association’s Judicial Division. In the past, Mr. Miller served in the ABA’s policy-setting House of Delegates, as chair of a 400-member appellate-practice committee in the ABA’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section, and on the Texas Young Lawyers Association board of directors. He resides in Portland with his wife Colleen and their children.
