About the United Corpus Christi Chamber Foundation Mano a Mano Education Fund:
The Mano a Mano Education Fund encourages students to continue their education in the Coastal Bend while promoting the growth of the local workforce. Founded in 2012, the program has awarded more than 250 students with over $675,000.00 in scholarships.
This scholarship helps local students achieve a college degree or certification in technical fields relating to local employment. The scholarship is also available to school districts for the advancement and needs of students in STEAM programs focused on industry related training pertinent in the Coastal Bend. The program will fulfill the needs of keeping students in education and training settings and to help with the local job shortages in our labor market producing productive workers and citizens.
